Enter Gilt Haus Events — your wedding dream team whose top skills are listening, advocating for you, and playing “bad cop” when the maid of honor gets an attitude. Whether we’re planning the whole shebang or coordinating the plans you laid to perfection, we’ll show up with our big girl pants on, ready to dropkick anything that tries to get between you and your dream day. And you better believe they’re made of satin. 

Our Smooth Process

1. Vibe

Once you inquire, we’ll meet for happy hour (virtual or otherwise) to get to know you, your boo, and your vision for the wedding. This meeting isn’t for selling you on our services — it’s for making sure we vibe. Assuming sparks fly, we’ll send a proposal, take that first payment, and officially welcome you to the Gilt Haus family!

2. Plan

We’ll kickoff with a one-hour details call to go over all of your plans for your big day. It’s time to spill the tea! If you’re a Cashmere couple, we’ll keep meeting every month starting one year out from your wedding. Coordination couples, we’ll meet with you three more times before the wedding.

3. Party

It’s here! It’s here! Your wedding is here, and we’ve literally never been more excited for anything in our entire lives. This is what we do, babe, so don’t worry ‘bout a thing. We’ll keep the show running smoothly and a cold drink in your hand for the entire shindig.

We’re Gilt Haus Co., a small team of wedding planning badasses. Whether you entrust us with all of your plans, or have us join the team just a few weeks before the big day to make sure it goes down smooth, we’ll be your wedding hype crew the entire time. We’re known for coming up with some wild ideas, but we’d also love to hear yours. To us, there’s only one correct response to a weird wedding request: “HELL YES!”

Not every couple is a Gilt Hause couple, and that’s cool! Because we don’t wanna work with every couple — just the right couples. And “right,” to us, are the busy Austin folks who are ready to turn planning into a party, bend the rules of tradition to throw the wedding/rager of their dreams, and think our dad jokes are hilarious.
